ARBEITSPAUSE Doppelaussstellung: 26. Juni - 13. Juli 2008
Liebe Kunstfaktoren,
untenstehend die letzte Aktivität des KUNSTFAKTOR nach altem Konzept und vor einer längeren Pause! Und die letzte Ausstellung in den beiden tollen Ladengeschäften der Rathenower Str. 45.
Mit einer Doppelausstellung anlässlich der Moabiter Kulturtage ging unser kleiner Ausstellungsmarathon und Testlauf in Moabit zu Ende. Der KUNSTFAKTOR ist begeistert aufgenommen worden, es scheint, wir haben dort ein Vakuum in Sachen Kunst angetroffen. Es bleibt nun die Arbeit am neuen Förder- und Ausstellungskonzept und die Hoffnung auf eine zukünftige Unterstützung durch langfristig denkende Vermieter.
ABSEITS!
Gerard Janssen, Frank Benno Junghanns, Dana Widawski und Gäste: Jan Heerlein, Olaf Hoffmann, Ansgar Oberholz, Michael Ott, Hans Pfeifer & Caro Suerkemper. Mit den taktischen Instrumenten der Installation, Zeichnung, Objekt und Malerei erklingen zum Ausklang der EM 2008 stürmisches Hohelied und spielerischer Abgesang auf die faszinierende Ballkunst zwischen Abseitsfalle und Elfmeter.
Und natürlich: 2. Halbfinale (Do 26.6.) + Finale (So 29.6.) live auf Großbildleinwand!
SHRED-ART
Unser langjähriger Freund Hans Pfeifer zeigt in seiner 4. Einzelausstellung im KUNSTFAKTOR neue Arbeiten in der von ihm entwickelten 'Shred-Art'-Technik, die er seit einiger Zeit auch auf plastische Arbeiten anwendet. Seine seriell arrangierten Oberflächen aus zerschnittenen (/geshredderten) Fotos und Postkarten bilden im Vexierspiel von Entfernung und Annäherung aparte Beziehungen zwischen verortbaren Makroformen und einem Mikrokosmos individueller Assoziation.

Double exhibition: June 26 - July 13, 2008
Dear artfactors,
below the last KUNSTFAKTOR-activity with the old concept and before a long recess! And presumably the last exhibition in the two nice shops in the Rathenower Str. 45.
With a double exhibition on the occasion of the Days for Culture in Moabit we finished our small exhibition marathon and test run in Moabit. The KUNSTFAKTOR has been absorbed enthusiastically in the "art vacuum" in Moabit. It is remaining the work on a new sponsoring and exhibtion concept, and the hope for support through long-thinking houselords in the future.
OFFSIDE!
Gerard Janssen, Frank Benno Junghanns, Dana Widawski and guests: Jan Heerlein, Olaf Hoffmann, Ansgar Oberholz, Michael Ott, Hans Pfeifer & Caro Suerkemper. With the tactical tools of installation, drawing, object and painting we intone stormy hymns and playful swan songs on the fascinating soccer-art between offside trap and penalty kick.
And off course: 2. semifinal (Do 26.6.) + finale (So 29.6.) live on big screen!
SHRED-ART
Our long standing friend Hans Pfeifer shows in his 4th solo exhibition new works in his own "Shed-Art"-technique which he also applies on sculptures since a while. His serially arranged surfaces of shredded fotos and postcards are accumulating –in a game of deception between distance and approach– distintive relations between trackable macro forms and a cosmos of individual associations.
